Shipping

Your order usually ships the same business day after payment clears. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure your shipping address is correct. We copy and paste your information for shipping. We do NOT physically enter your shipping address.

US CUSTOMERS:

Most US orders are shipped First Class with "Delivery Confirmation" included. We will email you the tracking number. If you want your item shipped by priority mail, please contact us for a custom listing.. All sweatshirts are shipped by priority mail.

When the USPS accepts your package, we no longer have control of your item. If you want insurance, contact us for the additional charge. We are not responsible for lost articles. .

If you want your package sent Priority mail or Overnight, contact us. We will set up a custom listing for you.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

Items are shipped First Class International. Additional charge for priority shipping.


Refunds and Exchanges: We want you to be happy with your item. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately.

We will accept returns, within seven days upon receipt, in exchange for another item or for store credit. Shipping charges for returned item, each way, will be the responsibility of the buyer. Returned items must be in the SAME CONDITION as received. There is a 20% restocking fee on returned items. Shipping is not refunded.

No credit or refund will be given on any items smelling of perfume or smoke.

NO RETURNS on personalized items. No returns accepted on items size 2X or larger.

If you request a different color for the stitching, this is considered a personalized item.
